1- Ordering: Once you finalized the order, we begin the design process.
2- Desing Review (1-2 days): In 48h you will receive an email with the design for you to aprove or request revisions.
3- Production (1-3 business days): Upon your approval, we start the production.
4- Shipping (6-8 business days for US and 6-12 for AU/PT): After that, we carefully pack your order and ship it.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed can take between 4-8 days for US, 6-12 days for Australia and 3-10 in Europe.
We draw pets, couples, family, babys, etc. You can send what you want, and we will do it.
Once you have made the purchase, if you do not respond to the email to approve the design, within 48 hours, we will start production with the design made by the team and continue sending.
Yes we can! You can send it both photos, and we combine them into the design.

For maximum customer satisfaction, we offer unlimited revisions. You can request to redo it as many times as you want.
