RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS
Refunds
- Once an order has been produced, refunds of any kind are not possible.
Exchanges
- If somehow you want to change the design after the approval of it, we will charge you 11$ to redo, as the work as already done.
Cancellation
- As our team commences work on your order immediately upon placement, cancellation are not feasible, even if production has not yet commenced.
Note: that this is not the revision part, you have unlimited revisions, but if the design is made and you want to change, you will be charge for that.
We kindly request for our costumers to confirm always the order before payment. To prevent losing money.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
- For any products that arrive damaged, we provide a replacement without the need for questions. To be eligible, simply send us photos of the damaged parts.
- Please be aware that our refund policy has a duration of 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your product was delivered, regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange, even in cases of damage.
HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY EMAILS FROM US AFTER PURCHASING?
Ensure that the email associated with your order is correct and valid, as approval of your design is required for us to proceed with production. If you haven't received any emails within 7 working days of your purchase, please check your spam folder. If you still haven't received any emails after 48 working hours, it's possible that emails are being bounced back. In such cases, please contact us using a different email address so that we can resend the digital proof.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- We cannot guarantee delivery dates and assume no responsibility, except for informing you of any known delays for products delivered after the estimated delivery date. The delivery times provided on the website are estimates, and while most deliveries adhere to these estimates, some may take longer or arrive much sooner.
- We dont responsibility for wrong adreeses made by the costumer, we kindly ask you to make sure everything is correct before the payment.
