4- Production (1-3 business days): Upon your approval, we start the production.

5- Shipping (6-8 business days): After that, we carefully pack your order and ship it to you.

- Customers have two choices for embroidery placement:
1. Center: 10x6 in/25×15 cm (width x height)
2. Left Chest: 4x4 in/10×10cm (width x height)

Production:
- Our Products are meticulously embroidered in the US and Australia, guaranteeing superior craftsmanship and supporting local production.

1- Design Preview (2-4 days):
Once your order is confirmed, our design team springs into action. Expect to receive an email within 2-4 days, presenting your customized design. Take your time to thoroughly assess it.

2- Production (1-3 Business Days):
Upon your approval, we swiftly transition to the production phase, a process that typically spans 1 to 3 business days.

3- Shipping (4-8 to 6-15 Business Days):
Once production wraps up, your product is carefully packaged and dispatched. For US clients its 4-8 business days, for AU clients is 6-15 business days and for Portugal is 6-12 business days.
